Is visitprofit legit or scam?

Finding a genuine site on the internet today requires keen and skillful look at a site before you hit that REGISTER button. For many online enthusiasts, making money through referral is cheaper; you only place a link in a forum, chat room, social network or such other congested places and you can be sure one to ten other friends will fall for the link.
Have you come across such links on the social network platforms? Maybe a friend inviting you to earn from this or that program? Well, this may not be as bad as the knowledge you get in finding out the state of every site before you join. Not everyone understands the nature or set-up of a legit site.
The reasons why I disqualify visitprofit as legit is the information provided on this site;
First, the site was registered in May 2013, yet the site says it's a large scale company started in 2010.
This is a new site as you can see all information regarding it here from whois.net.

The site has no secure http, a proof that it is nor secured at all-can be hacked at any time.
There are no proofs of earning. At least you could be able to see your stats in a serious site. In this regard, you can’t be sure that you are really being cheated or your earnings are just being inflated to motivate call more friends.
There is no proof of anyone having earned from this site. The fake testimonial provided has no link on how the said David earns $2000 per month. Moreover, the site is new and wonders not how one can earn that comfortably from a new site.
Try using the email address provided on the site and wait to see whether that email address really exists.
The last piece of evidence to cut this site out my list is that it does not provide any TOS (Terms of Service). A serious earning site will stipulate what they provide and let you agree to oblige with what they have. This is to mean that at visitprofit, whether they wake in the morning and shut down your account, there will be no proof or whatsoever on your membership.
 As much as this is painful for those who have wasted their time at visitprofit, I believe a lesson learnt for you is enough for you to confirm details before you join any site.

Feel free to ask a question on this and related topics, and our esteemed team of experts will advise you freely.
